About the Founder & Chairman – Adv. Yoel Burstein

Adv. Yoel Burstein, Founder and Chairman of Valto Israel, has been active in the real estate and entrepreneurship sector since 2001. He brings extensive experience in complex real estate transactions, land development, and the full life cycle of projects—from land acquisition to final handover.

Holding a Master’s degree in Law and founder of a leading law firm in Jerusalem, Adv. Burstein combines deep legal insight with hands-on expertise in managing complex development processes. Adv. Burstein also serves as Chairman of the Board at Hagihon—Jerusalem’s municipal water corporation—and as a senior advisor to the Mayor of Jerusalem on urban planning and development.

His vision integrates meticulous professionalism with a broad perspective on value creation and asset enhancement. Outside of the business world, Yoel maintains a balanced lifestyle, embracing family, Torah study, sports, and music—values that shape his precise and disciplined approach to every project and every deal.
